#thalir793 - Gongura is a plant, either Kenaf (Hibiscus cannabinus) or Roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa), grown for its edible leaves in India. These leaves are used in south central Indian cuisine to impart a tart flavour.Gongura comes in two varieties, green stemmed leaf and red stemmed. The red stemmed variety is more sour than the green stemmed variety. Gongura is a rich source of iron, vitamins, folic acid and anti-oxidants essential for human nutrition.⠀ ⠀ II Pic Courtesy: @mrudus9 II Posting: @thalirpics II©2019 @thalirindia II⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀ .⠀ .⠀ .⠀ ®®®Featured Photographs®®®⠀ #nature_brilliance #nature_perfection #fotocatchers #fiftyshades_of_nature #nature_obsession #flowerzdelight #gongura#be_one_natura #tree_love #ip_blossoms #medicalplant #na_natures_art #instagood #pocket_allnature #finnishnature #show_us_nature #the_gallery_of_magic #instapic #instaedit #snapseed #photographers_of_india #mountains #instapost #flowerphotography #flowerstagram #macrophotography
